The CDC warrants that the details of the respondents will be included
in the Register of Businesses which the CDC is compiling as part of its
procurement policy.
The CDC reserves the right to verify all information provided on this
form and to request further information about business should that be
necessary.
The CDC accepts no liability whatsoever flowing from the publication
in the Register of Businesses of any information concerning your business.
